Modifications and discontinuance of the services

Furniture.ie reserves the right sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Services or Registration packages, or any portion thereof, at any time, with or without notice to customer. Furniture.ie shall not be liable to the customer or any third party should Furniture.ie exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Services. No refunds will be granted to customers in this instance. Furniture.ie can modify material published by customers, who in the belief of Furniture.ie misrepresent or contravene their selected registration package or provide information inappropriate for inclusion. The use of inappropriate html components and scripting languages in product or company description or in the customers intra-site is prohibited and its appropriate use is subject to approval by Furniture.ie, which can be subject to modification by Furniture.ie. Use of animated images is prohibited unless approval is granted by furniture.ie. Images displayed are to include 1 product only and no unnecessary text, furniture.ie will allow certain images consisting of product ranges or group of product to represent the product in the best possible format. In so far as is reasonably practical furniture.ie will ensure that customer´s products are displayed in the best possible format. Final decision on content displayed on furniture.ie is granted to furniture.ie and the person or persons in charge of this area.

Privacy Policy and Registration

Furniture.ie in accordance with our privacy policy here stated will use all information received by you from your use of the Furniture.ie web site.

On registration, you must provide Furniture.ie with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information.

Furniture.ie will keep your data in accordance with its obligations under the Irish Data Protection Act, 1988.
