Stephen O'Briain

With a background in fine art Stephen O’Briain worked in the US for a number of years before returning to Ireland in 1992 to live in Bray. In 2003 he moved his workshop from Dublin to Carlow where he now lives and works.Today Stephen’s work is divided between private and corporate commissions working predominantly in solid timber but also at times incorporating exotic veneers. Commissions over the years have included furniture for Government Buildings and the Irish Embassy in Israel County Councils and DIT.
