I have checked out homebuyhomesell myself and am planning on making use of them. They seem great.

I have to say that Permanent Tsb (Ireland) are very good for first time buyers looking for 100% mortgage Ulster Bank was useless, unfriendly and always late for appointments!!!they advertise 100% mortgages but I think it's only Marketing. They made us loose 2 days. They have very good rates though but I wouldn't recommend it for people looking for 100% mortgage

I have found that when getting a mortgage i got much better offers and much less hassle when going through a broker. I ended up going with Irish Mortgage Corporation. They were so helpfull and friendly and had offers in place in day of giving them my details. really reccommend them

Anyone use IIB Bank? Have heard some adverts about them and wnated to know if anyone used them. Richard
