YES! I bought a kitchen from them about 2 years ago. My advice would be not to do it! I looked around for quite a while and they had the exact one i wanted. But when i asked, and got, the complete breakdown it turned out they were charging about 5000 Euro (FIVE THOUSAND!) for fitting!!!!!!!! I was shocked and they told me that this is how they made their money. It really was unbelieveable and so many people fall for it. I bought the kitchen units in the sale at Magnet at a good price. I looked up the yellow pages for granite supplies and got a few over the phone quotes for 1800 - 2100 Euro versus the 3600 at Magnet - again another of their money spinners. They do have the granite on sale sometimes, let's say to 2800 so people buy it not checking elsewhere. It's a very simple thing to organise - the rep comes to your house with granite samples and measures it all after the kitchen is in. I got the kitchen installed by carpenters for about 1100 incl electrics.
