How to get rid of Furniture???

Hi Can anyone help me? I'm trying to find away of getting rid of furniture in the Wexford area. We currently have a Dinning Room Table with 6 chairs (all over 15 years old, but in great condition) and 2 Large Display Cabinets. I don't particularly want to sell as my mother is worried about security (we live in a fairly isolated area), and would prefer to donate it to charity, can anyone suggest someone who may take it? We don't have any access to transport (as in a truck or van that ca take these items), so ideally we'd need someone who could pick up? Any info would be great!

yep when i was in dublin i contacted the vincent depaul furniture depot and they can and took the good stuff away, they dont take beds tho.. hth
