I recently had a broken part in a flatpacked wardrobe I bought.
The instructions with the product gave me details of the Spare Parts Helpline service.
I called them and had a replacement part the next day. The call centre staff where very knowlegeable and helpful too. I understand that they offer a spares service for broken and missing parts on behalf of a number of manufacturers and retailers too.
I find it very rare these days to have good customer service and thought that others may benefit from this service too.
