Looking for a window seat and a mirror Please!

Hi I would love to find a cream or plum upholstered windo seat. Just something pretty and elegant to sit on. I could cover a second hand one?? Any ideas Also I am searching for a really big ober the mantle mirror and cant find any can you help me find a place where they have beautiful mirrors but not at ridiculous prices! Have you considered buying a length of sponge/cushion and covering it with your selected fabric? There are quite a few shops on Capel Street (Parnell St end) with great shops for fabric and sponge. Karen

Hi Karen Thanks for that and yes I have considered this but I need a seat to put the cushion on. Do you have any ideas for that? I can easily cover the cushion but would like an elegant seat with perhaps scrolled arms to place the cushion on! Thanks

A nice Monk's Bench is always an option and that is what I have in mind for my abay window. I plan to make the soft seat for top myself. if you get one which has front-opening drawers rather than a flip-top, it's better for seating and storage is still accessible.
