Has anyone some advice on setting up a home office. I'm currently looking at working from home and need to evaluate the pros and cons. If anyone has some actual experience or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Tom.

Milton, I was looking for particular experiences from people who are working from home. There are so many options available at the moment...but I think working from home does have one major disadvantage as you are isolated and removed from the office and career progression environment. Maybe I'm wrong?
