    I have seen a big increase in the amount of visitors looking for memory foam, one development in this area is shaped pillows that contour to the shape of your neck. There are two types of memory foam pillows, contoured and traditional. []But which one do you choose?

    I have a simple guide, not scientific but I would welcome any other comments from people with experience in this area.

    If you sleep on your back - Contoured If you sleep on your side - Traditional
