Bathroom counter top sink/made to measure vanity unit

Hello, we have to refit our bathroom and would like to have a countertop sink to save space. If a lot of shop offer these sinks, there is very little choice for vanity unit (we woudl like a country style unit). Where can we have such a unit made? Any suggestions welcome, thanks in advance Franck
