I recently had the unexpected experience going to Navan to do some shopping, I can recommend that you visit the Beechmount Industrial estate it is a great place to buy furniture. There are about six large furniture shops in the area so you don't have to drive around from shop to shop. Some stores that come to mind are Flanagans Furniture Star Furniture Homezone Navan Design

Does anyone have contact details for those stores and also directions on how to get there from Dublin?

What kind of furniture do these shops have? Do they have all different styles? I have been looking for some great oak furniture do you think they will be able to help me?

There is a lot of variety in the various shops. I know Star furniture have a range of Oak Furniture, I am sure there are others as well.

shopped in navan for a leather suite got one in leatherland on railway st (trim rd) got great service and value for money was in beechmount found shops a bit over priced was delighted to find leatherland , (nothing to do with land of leather)

most of these stores in beechmount were trade only however almost all of them are shops. city furniture is now under the name fitzpatrick furniture which i would highly recommend visiting not only for the lovely service but the beautiful furniture they had to offer. i believe the whole estate is advertising soon as beechmount business park so it will be even a more enjoyable place to visit. :D

i just visited your site based on beechmount and noticed that a few of those shops arn't in the estate. flowerhill furniture? navan design? star furniture is sherlocks. navan sofa centre is mc goona design now. slide robes is not part of the ind. estate. hope these inside tips are useful to your incorrect information pages

Looking for a shop that sells Headboards. Anything in Navan or near to it?

fitzpatrick furniture has a person who makes fabric or rawhide headboards to your particular size. you would have a choice of colours to choose from. it takes him about 2 weeks usually, otherwise they also sell various wooden ones. there is a sale on at the moment and they are selling off some of their stock of various headboards.
