    I am interested in finding out a little about what are the types of floor finishes that work well in a new 3 bed semi d I am moving in to soon. Can anyone give me a Guide Price per SQM for carpet, wooden floors & tiles

    Some general figures as a guide for your new home Carpets range from €3 to €15 perSQM for a basic carpet Underlay is normally only needed in high traffic areas. Fitting is €2-€3 per SQM Wooden Floors Solid wood flooring ranges from €20 to €50 per SQM Cost for fitting vary quite a lot. €20-€25 per SQM Tiles Huge variety here expect to pay around €20 per SQM for standard enough tiles Fitting is generally €15 to €25 per SQM

    laminate wood flooring is cheaper than real wood and it looks great. It also wears well, it is wonderful if you have children or pets.
