    [b]Call to Bring Back the First Time Buyers Grant[/b] If you are interested in bringing back the first time buyers grant post your details below. The grant was a great boost when starting in your new home, with the current price of houses, most buyers are stretched to get the deposit together. The government makes a lot from vat and stamp duty on property so it will not cost that much to implement this grant. Most of the grant will be spent on the home anyways, so the government gets 21% back on this.
