Craftmatic beds are wonderful. I love them because I have a bad back and I love to read and watch Tv in bed. No other mattress or bed that I have ever tried made this comfortable but Craftmatic does. If you have never had any success with regular beds check these out they are so cool. -

I had a craftmatic bed and I hated it, it was really noisy. Is this common or was it just mine? Anyone else noticed this? -

I have one and it is not that noisy. I mean, it does make noice when I raise and lower it but it does not wake up the neighbors or anything. -

The best mattresses are d new thing, Visco Elastic which are a memory foam bed which mould to your body heat and are the most comfortable beds ever :D . They will eventually replace spring beds altogher I reckon! I got a KingKoil one, fairly pricey but a bed is not a thing to skimp with a cheap one on. -

My friend has one of those "space foam" beds. It is pretty cool, especially if you are sharing a bed and someone moving around bothers you. You won't even feel it when they get up and down. -

Yeah, I have heard of those, the NASA matresses. I have never touched one though, don't they get to flat when you lay on them? -

I love my memory foam mattress... i bought it to help with my bad back and its worked a treat, i can sleep sound at nights and wake up warm n ready to go... in summer months the memory foam mattress get a little too hot sometime and i have had to use a thin sheet instead of my duvet but all in all for the freedom from back ache i would reccomend it to any one...
I believe the material was designed by NASA and mercades also use the foam in thier car seats... its light, durable and very very soft to touch... if i were to compare it to something, its like a stress ball material but rubberier... if that makes sense... all in all a great buy, after all we spend half our lives slepping...
