Never Ever Go Near them I bought my sofa last August and I was happy with my sofa until the leather started to fray I have been complaining since January and finally got somebody out who was more interested in telling me about how his brother shot somebody and how he got all these suspended sentences which was fine until I needed to call back not to complain not about the work that was carried out but to explain that it was happening in other places so Andy called me and promised a call out and told me he would get back to me to confirm this.  Finally after 60 calls back into cost plus so called Head Office Andy called me back extremely rude and told me that |Bernard the Mad Technician had said dat the reason my suite was in this condition was because there was loads of kids running around the house which is not true and I have court orders to prove this and also that my house was in bits whic i might add was a little untidy but not in bits HOUSES  GET UNTIDY WITH " YEAR OLDs .  I am going to go so far with this I am giving a week for a manager to contacgt me and then I am going to stick a picket on the scumbags doors they cant and wont get away with this.

waiting 17 weeks for a sofa they said its going to be a further 2 weeks.

and when i call up to enquire the guy on the phone was a smartass.......
