    We have experienced the worst customer service from the owner of Classic Furniture, Ms. Prendergast.  She was exceptionally rude to a number of my family members and certainly did not live up to the ideal of accomodating the customer which they convey as a principal value of their company on their website. We have never experienced such disdain, dis-respect and discourtesy from any person let alone the owner of a company we were doing business with.  I cannot recommend the Classic Furniture chain to anyone interested in shopping for furniture.  Good service comes from the top and if that fails I cannot trust the staff or company to serve my needs as a customer in this competitive market.  Word of mouth means alot.  Ms. Prendergast would be wise to show her current customers more consideration if she wishes to retain them or gain new customers!
