Its great to finally have the furniture but as the delivery crew refused to take the packaging away with them this has left a bitter taste and the prospect of overburdening the green bin for the rest of the year. -

Happy to take the cash.. Delivery is a sham..
The sales manager will give you a day and delivery time.
The driver will call you with another time which invariably does not suit.
So you call back to jim lanagan and he says 'youre asking too much' for a confirmed day and time.
The friendly folk at Jim Langans wont help you get a schedulded delivery no you must call the ' delivery service' and they can advise the night before on the delivery time. Perish the thought you may work 9 -5.
Oh and to add insult - you pay for the shameful delivery service
