Moving to new home and need some high quality but simple cabinets made for family PC, hi fi, etc. Simple, contemporary, but high quality, probably solid oak. Any recommendations for South Dublin? Many thanks

For custom made fitted or free standing furniture, I have used Kelco Designs,

They call to the house and take measurements give some idea of caost and if your happy with teh quote, they charge €100.00 for drawings and if you go ahead with the job they deduct the €100.00 from your bill.

I had a cabinet made to house my PC and it matched the unit I have for my tv.

Try LOMI DESIGN, Baldoyle, Dublin 13. A friend got some great contemporary storage units for her living room from them. A bookcase and storage unit for all her t.v stuff.  The instore designer created units to fit all her equipment, books , cd's etc. and hide all the cables. She recommeded them to me and I got wardrobes there too. Found them really good and helpful. Would go back again. They have a website - www.lomi.ie which is full of ideas.
