I used them, brought the wrong sink- which I had to take ass they had taken my whole kitchen out, he still has half my counter which I doubt I will ever see. They put in an oven, but didn't secure it in so when I open the over door the whole until comes flying out.

They cut the counter wrong and it's now very uneven, and a chip gauged out of the join which he had covered with polyfiller before he legged it.  There is brown polyfiller everywhere- walls/ tiles/ counter- it's unsightly.. my 2yr old nephew would have done a better job!!!!!

He was paid in full, supposed to  come back two days later to fix it all, I rang an hour after they'd left to tell him about all the mistakes-  he explicitly said they weren't cowboys... Now he refuses to take any calls and won't return them.

I lost my job just before Christmas when they were doing the job, can't afford to get anyone in to fix it.
