Hi all I have been reading all the comments below and on related pages, I have purchased two different sets of sofas at different times from Land of Leather and I never had any bother from them, I can only say the are very efficient and professional and they specialise in Leather so they know what the are speaking about.  I can understand people being annoyed and complaining if something is wrong but it cant be doing that bad as a company with over a hundred shops in ireland and england.  Anyway I just thought I would put something positive on the net as they seem to be getting hammered unfairly and if the amount of happy customers started putting there good commments online, then I am sure all these bad ones would fade away into the back round, Just remember this , I used to work in the retail sector, please speak to the sales staff or the manager as you would like to be spoke to and then you may find they are not that bad of a bunch after all.

I always speak to the sales staff with politness. As for speaking to a Manager at L of Leather, well, they don't seem to have one as over the years (2 and a half years in all), when I ask to speak to a Manager they are never there!!!!

I agree with the Headline at the top.

I think some of the comments on this website are very unfair - they seems to focus on personnel and in some cases individual personnel.

I've previously bought a 3+2 leather suite online (was delivered on time and is in great condition several years later) 

Furthermore I am this week buying a sofabed from the Sandyford branch.

I live around the corner from the Sandyford branch and they are decent guys who always introduce themselves and remember you from the last time you were there.

I will continue to shop their because LOL sell decent furniture and the prices are reasonable.
