Strong corner joints

I am attempting to build a tv stand for a 40 inch Tv and i am wondering what the strongest corner joint is that i can make and still look presentable. I have read many websites that talk about dowel joints, Dado joints etc. but i am unsure which would be the strongest. I will be using 3/4 inch materal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, MIke

Hi Mike, From a research that was done Dowls with screws is possibly the best joint that you can go for. but the style may be compriomised.
