Swarovski Cork Enjoys Sparkling Opening

Swarovski, the world leader in cut crystal has crystallised its mark in Cork with the opening of a glitzy and eagerly awaited new store that opened it doors on Princes Street. The company which has created an unparalleled name in crystal glamour and innovation over a hundred year history, cited Cork as the ideal city to open its third Irish store and is sure to provide local shoppers with a new retail experience in fashion, jewellery, gifts, home accessories and 'must have' collectibles.

Creating four jobs in the area, the store is ideally located just off Cork's main shopping street, Patrick Street. Commenting on the success of the store since opening, Steve Wright, Swarovski Premium Boutiques Manager for UK and Ireland said, "We have had a huge response to the opening of this exclusive Swarovski store in Cork and all the feedback to date has been extremely positive. We are delighted to be able offer Cork shoppers a touch of sparkle in city's top shopping area. Our customers so far have been interested in everything from our fashion and home décor collections and in particular the striking new Passages of Night jewellery and accessories collection are catching everyone's attention."

Swarovski recently launched its new Autumn Winter collection, which is currently stocked in the new store. The collection themed 'Passages of Night' embraces the Swarovski philosophy, which embodies high fashion, luxury and dazzling quality. The new range characterises the charms and mysteries of the city with innovative shades of purple Heliotrope, Bermuda Blue, shades of grey and black, inhabited by mysterious glints.
