First Design Conference GMIT Letterfrack

The conference, which is aimed at designers, makers, academics, students and anyone with an interest in Irish design, will hear from leading academics and designers in the field of furniture in Ireland. The keynote address will be given by TV presenter and award-winning architect Duncan Stewart, who will discuss the use of timber as a sustainable material for contemporary design.

The conference will be held at the GMIT Letterfrack campus, and a special conference B&B rate, including conference dinner has been arranged with the award winning Renvyle House Hotel.
